What We Are and Do

Knowle Astronomical Society was formed in April 2001.

New members are welcome - young and old.

Our members range from complete beginners to experienced amateur astronomers.  We have armchair astronomers as well as keen observers.

Monthly meetings are held along with occasional observing sessions (star parties) and trips.

No prior knowledge of astronomy is necessary, just a curiosity about the Universe in which we live.
